Terms of Service

Effective 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Fourlyn for using this website and the EverWhy app. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

  • What you capture in EverWhy is yours, and it is kept on your phone.
  • EverWhy helps you remember and reflect. It is not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice, and its AI answers and message signals can be wrong.
  • You can stop using it at any time.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or the EverWhy app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. “Fourlyn”, “we” and “us” mean Fourlyn Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India, which runs this website and the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use EverWhy.

2. Your account

You sign in to EverWhy with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account and to your phone secure, and for what happens in the app on your phone.

An account is for one person. Do not sign in as someone else or share your account.

3. Your content and your data

Everything you capture (your decisions, recordings, notes, attachments and the people you name) belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.

Your content is stored on your phone, not on our servers. To build decision cards and answer questions, the app sends the text described in the Privacy Policy to an AI model and returns the result. You allow us to process that text only to give you those features.

Because your content lives on your device, you are responsible for keeping a copy. If you lose or reset your phone without a backup, or forget your backup PIN, we cannot recover your content.

Only record and save information you have the right to. If you record other people or write about them, make sure you are allowed to under the law that applies to you.

4. Not professional advice

EverWhy helps you remember and reflect on your own decisions. Its summaries, answers and highlights are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or mental-health advice. For decisions in those areas, talk to a qualified professional.

Message signals (events found in your SMS or Gmail, such as a card bill that is due) are found by automatic rules and can be missed, late or wrong. Do not rely on them for payment dates or amounts; check with your bank, card issuer or fund house.

5. Google services

Sign-in, backup to Google Drive and Gmail reading use Google’s services, and Google’s own terms apply to your Google account. The app asks for Drive or Gmail access only when you turn those features on, and you can remove that access at any time in your Google account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the app or website for anything illegal, or to harm or harass anyone;
  • send automated or bulk requests to our services, or use them in a way that tries to get around limits, sign-in or security;
  • copy, resell or offer the service to others as your own;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or our servers, except where the law allows it.

7. Payments and trials

EverWhy is not on sale yet. When it is, subscriptions will be bought through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. The price and any free trial will be shown before you buy. You will manage and cancel your subscription in the store, and refunds will follow the store’s rules.

If you pre-registered on this website, the launch offer you were shown will be applied to the Google account that uses the email address you gave.

8. Website forms

Sending the pre-registration or “Start a project” form does not create a contract or an obligation to buy anything. Any project work is agreed in a separate written contract.

9. Changes to the service

EverWhy is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice in the app before removing something you rely on.

10. Stopping or suspending use

You can stop using EverWhy at any time. Delete the app to remove its data from your phone, and write to help@fourlyn.com if you want your account deleted.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service. Your content stays on your phone either way.

11. Disclaimers

The website and the app are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be error-free, always available or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fourlyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the website or the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for EverWhy in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

14. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change matters, we will also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
